Policies

Devyser’s policies serve as essential guidelines and frameworks that enable us to uphold rigorous ethical standards both internally and externally. Transparency is a core principle in our operations and we are committed to making our policies readily accessible to all stakeholders. This transparency allows others to gain insight and trust into our standards and understand what they can anticipate from our company. 

The Sustainability Policy of Devyser applies to the entire company and is crucial in determining our business actions and decisions. It serves as the overall governing document and all employees, suppliers, distributors and partners are expected to stay informed about and follow the this policy. The Code of Conduct ensures that ethical standard are upheld within Devyser and applies to employees, temporary personnel, board members, consultants and others working/acting on its behalf. Managers and HR are responsible for training,  Every employee at Devyser are responsible for ensuring we comply with the Code of Conduct. The Business Partner Code of Conduct is important in order for business partners to align with Devyser’s Code of Conduct, and ensures that our partners  understand and are aware Devyser’s core values and principles. The Business Partner Code of Conduct outlines the requirements with which the business partner should comply and Devyser support them in this process through dialogue and cooperation. The Whistleblowing Policy provides information and instructions for Devyser’s personnel to anonymously report any suspicions, corrupt, criminal, fraudulent or unethical behavior within Devyser. Any conduct that may harm Devyser’s reputation should also be reported  Employees at Devyser are encouraged to report any observations expeditiously and thoroughly. The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy makes explicit what rules that employees must follow when making decisions, receiving gifts, entertainment or other benefits, for the purpose of upholding ethical standards within Devyser and our interactions with our customers and partners. The Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy also outlines what is considered as bribery, corruption and manipulation as well as the consequences of such actions. The Drugs and Alcohol Policy specifies rules for employees, temporary personnel, board members, consultants and others acting and/or working on behalf of Devyser, regarding permission and prohibition of the use of alcohol and drugs. The Drugs and Alcohol Policy also stipulates definitions on workplace substances and the consequences of violating the rules outlined. The Gift and Entertainment Policy outlines the rules that employees, temporary personnel, board members, consultants and others acting and/or working on its behalf must follow with regard to receiving gifts or entertainment. The policy also sets out the rules for giving gifts or entertainment to our partners and customers. Line managers assume the responsibility to make the code known within their teams and to promote and monitor compliance with it.
