Shareholders' meetings

The shareholders' meeting is the corporation's highest decision-making body. The shares are of the same type and each share gives one vote.

The annual meeting elects the board, auditors and makes decisions in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act and the Articles of Association. The board presents the annual report and financial statements at the annual meeting. The auditors present the audit report and the group audit report.

Information about the matters which will be up for vote is provided in the summons to the annual meeting, which is published in a press release and on the web page. Resolutions passed by vote are published by press release and on the web page.
